I've been getting back into fitness recently, and this one is challenging me ! It has become my first goal : being able to finish this workout ! So far I've only been able to get to the 30 minute mark (and getting breaks in between sets as well), but I know I'll get better ! Thanks for challenging and motivating me (Kaylie as well as the community in the comments 🥰)

when you were going on about biceps burning, all i felt were my hamstrings and glutes!! this was a toughie, admittedly i've had too much wine this week but i definitely had to pause for breaks and let the burn dissipate a little before continuing! will totally save this workout, will be a great one to judge progress. thanks for putting out such great content!
