An intense workout to increase your heart rate, build metabolism, and leave you feeling stronger and leaner. You'll see a blend of squats, push-ups, planks, cardio, free-weight exercises, and a few simple yoga postures. All you need is water, towel, mat, and dumbbells, kettle bells, or anything to intensify the exercises. Weights are always optional! You'll still get a great workout with just yourself.
