Ok tried with 2019, and it doesn't work. CLEARLY there is no reason not to work for what is just a slightly different version of a dynamic component. Trimble should focus more in trying to improve their software (for example, without going too far, dynamic components are an amazing feature that has still the same bugs it had when the software was owned by Google), rather than baiting us into buying their subscription based licence.

Cool stuff but so far in very drafty stage and they should focus on bugfixing and adding really basic features that sketchup still misses. They try to make impression of developing a BIM soft while the soft still behaves like beta. For years it hasn't changed.
