Lucy Gray and Katniss both cheated the capital in their victories, Lucy Gray charming the capital with her singing after Dr Gaul declared there to be no victor, while Katniss threatened to kill herself allowing her and Peeta to both become victors. Haymitch even tells Katniss "They don't take these things lightly" possibly hinting at that when Lucy Gray cheated the capital, Dr Gaul erased all evidence of the 10th annual hunger games.

Actually in the Mockingjay book Katniss is filmed singing The Hanging Tree song but it’s never actually aired, so this reminder to Snow of Lucy Gray only happens in the movies

The movie looks more interesting than the previous two films however the actress has exhibited her character (or lack there of) on the media circuit for the new Snow White (now defunct)
I’ll watch the movie n celebrate the demise of her career simultaneously
