Thank for sharing, I have enjoyed many of your videos. We enjoy Dr. Bergs kale shake and I have lots of add inns like wheat grass Juice powder, collagen, wheat germ, magnesium and such. Sometimes I juice beet, romaine, carrot, cucumbers, or whatever and use the juice as the base liquid to my shake. Otherwise I use filtered water 1/3 and c blueberries, one squirt liquid stevia. I have found blending easier after blanching then freezing the kale and spinach tastes less bitter. If I'm not using kale or spinach, I pack the blend 1/2 full of baby spring greens. 😊

Why eat spinach, beet greens or chard at all? They re at the top of oxalates. It's hard to make up for all that they deplete unless you eat/drink a lot of clacium foods that have no oxalates. It isn't any better that they are at a separate meal.
