HVAC AAON 5 Ton Trouble Codes. Part 1of2

All the manuals shown in the video are down below in the description. This unit has not been working for over a week. Nobody has been complaining about it. But going up on the roof I noted that it has not been working. Lets see what trouble codes we get off of it.And learn together Shall We. Control Temp Cooling Failure means that the Supply Air hasn't cooled off in a pre-determined amount of time...if you get this alarm it means the compressors aren't running at all, or if they are, they're not dropping the Supply "Air temperature.

I was looking at one the other day and I noticed the condenser fan was running for less then a minute and shut off kept doing th is over and over I saw that there was a fan cycling switch in series with the fan contactor I jumped it out and the od fan ran without shutting off it was 90 degrees outside I was told AAON runs like this with the of fans short cycling I called AAON but was put on hold and never got a chance to talk to someone in tech support do you know if this is true. it only had one of fan 11 tons unit. pressure on one compressor was alittle low 100/250, the other 140/450. R410a, I checked all switches low pressure and high and they never opened. there is no manual there, the switch (FCS) I jumped out was for the 2 compressor the 140/450 psi one

hey is that unit economizer mode ?cause the damper was open. or is the the power exhaust motor on.

You could of just did a simple check, by putting low side gauge on to see what your standing pressure is to see if u out of gas .
