2 nd one with the tripped rollout switch could have a cracked heat exchanger, inducer motor that is not working properly all of the time, high gas pressure, high winds entering thru the exhaust.

Check your gas pressure in and out of the gas valve. Check amps on induce motors both wires to the motor. Had one pulling amps on one wire this caused low rpms. When the gas fired up it would have a woop sound then a boom.

Had that same code on a 5 ton AAON this week here in Indy, outdoor air temp 2 degrees with a wind chill at -15 degrees below zero.Called Wattmaster. My problem ended up being a bad space sensor, also known as a thermostat.After replacing that, then got a new trouble code with a discharge air sensor in alarm.Ended up being a bad modulating motor with the outdoor air dampers stuck wide open pulling 100% outdoor air. The heat could not keep up.

I don’t have time to make YouTube videos (or the smarts) because I’m too busy following up after folks who act like you and who don’t know their ass from apple butter and blame their technical shortcomings on the equipment.
I bet you a Guinness that the meters you bought at radio shack, on clearance, still have the protective plastic on them.

call a service tech and get it fixed, instead of reset and run from the real problems

Them units suck balls. Over engineered isn’t the word.

Aaon units=fine.
Technicians that can’t troubleshoot= not fine.

Be real careful if the units have the modulating gas valve and variable speed inducer motor. They need to be set up just right or you’ll have rollout issues, incomplete combustion etc...
