John didnt quit queen he only retired from the music portion ( so many people get that wrong) he still is apart of queen but on the finances side. Roger was the last person to see him in '04 and they have asked him to join again but he says " no that's not what I do now" they have very little contact with John. 31 years later after the singer passing john is still depressed. If John were to join again he wouldn't fit in with how Brian and Roger have it now.

🎸🥁🎸🎹🎤🎼👑🤴❤️❤️❤️♾️🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Everyone of us is an individual in our own right.

John Deacon is obviously quite a sensitive man and was deeply saddened by the fact his friend and fellow band member was dying of this horrific disease.

John obviously felt that he couldn't really bring himself to talk to or to visit Freddie but that's how John is and he deserves to be respected as such.

Look after yourself Deeks.

The media always wrongly call musicians that want to live a regular family life a "recluse".

People deal with death & loss differently. Just because he was in one of the most successful & biggest bands ever does not make him a super hero, he is not immune to the heartaches & pains of life. Just let him go ppl, christ it's been 25 years since he last played.

I understand John took his death very hard . You can tell he is A sensitive man. He has A huge family to keep him busy. I know how John feels trust me. I haven't been the same since I lost Mom. It will be 3 years in December . I love John and can tell he is A very talented and A very intelligent person, who Unlike the Tin Man has A huge ❤ heart ❤. He was born with.

Please remember 'quiet' Deaky was in the room when Queen's oft- mentioned disagreements had the guys hot under the collar, expressing themselves. Still, the four of them emerged fabulous together...issues resolved, solutions accepted, and great new music produced cause each felt they were heard. With Freddie gone, John knew what to expect. Not that. And actually it took many, many years for Brian and Roger to satisfy each other on a new direction that could be their Queen. They are happy and John seems just fine. I stay severely tied to fantastic 'real' Queen - - am learning more about Mott the Hoople. Love Ian Hunter's lyrics. (P.S. I don't think John Deacon is upset.)

I understand John was devastated when Freddie died but I just think of all the ways he could help humanity if he would play with Queen just one more time. They could raise money for #Vaccines in Africa or especially right now help the people in 🇺🇦 Ukraine. You only live once and I think he is being a little bit selfish. Come out of your shell Deacy and Help the World one more time!!! We all love you so very much!!! #OneQueenFan from the USA 🇺🇸.

I think it's pathetic that John ignores his band mates who are still alive today. What if they die? he'll be sad? Bullshit. You don't wait for someone to die to start caring about friendship. In reality, When Mercury died, John said, " well, there goes my meal ticket" Since Freddie wrote most of the hits. John just shows he's not a true loyal member of Queen. Just out for himself. You can see it in his performances too. Never engaging Brain May on stage. That tells all.
