I find that 15-30 minutes of journaling helps my ADHD. It helps me get focused and stay focused.

This reminds me of artists using depression as their inspiration. No matter what your circumstances, you can always find at least some positive spins on things.

Been dealing with ADHD and mild Autism for a long time without the correct support and care. I just started working with a therapist and this video inspired me to learn more and take care of myself!

Wow! I knew i liked this mrs. Robbins lady . At 2:09, when she says she was diagnosed at 21 with anxiety and later depression, I experienced those same diagnoses around the same age and then depression around 42 then at 46, finally a brain spect scan and further evaluation revealed diagnosis of adhd. And when I say it turned on the light for me to understand why and how my brain works the way it does

Im going to use all the resources listed. I have been on the ADHD road for the last 6 yrs with myself and children. I was not diagnosed as a kid. I realized after learning issues with my children that I have ADHD and learn how to deal and work with it.

Biggest take away, got a few, all great steps and advice. Loved the whole video. Speaking to a part of me that really resonates, ive never been tested officially, perhaps that's next for me. Biggest take aways:

-Communication is key

-When you get motivated, inspired you have a 35% chance of following through.

-When you get motivated and inspired and you create a plan of action, you have over a 90% chance of following through. And when you share with other people you have a 95% chance, your likely hood of following through.

Thank you for putting this together! Cheers

OMG, this is so timely, I was just talking with my son the other day and he was expressing the fact he thought he might struggle with this. After listening, I realize I have had these symptoms my whole life and I can't believe I didn't know any of this! Thank you for sharing!

Great one, Evan. I got it, but am a productive, higher-level professional thanks to many of these ways of helping oneself. People shouldn't be too proud to seek professional help. I especially like #3 of believing in yourself. I've heard similar things in multiple places that are oriented to positive self-talk. Say it with me, everyone! "I like myself." "I'm a winner." "I'm driven and extremely successful." "I'm one of the best that my industry will ever have!"

6:35 the guy made a in the moment best ON DEMAND reaction... and then immediately went back into hyper focus on what he was saying. That is what brings me joy, but freaks the normies out. Love it.

Question for you Evan. Do you feel amazing, knowing that the things you put on YouTube help so many people? Do you know that you deserve the millions of views, and countless thumbs up? Does it feel the way it should for you, or do you still have doubt? I can’t say enough about what you’re doing. Thank you.
