Still in my twenties, but really helpful to know what to look out for and what I can expect! Hopefully there will be more solutions available by the time I'm on my perimenopause journey!

About 75 of them over the past 5 years! Have just been prescribed HRT so hopefully things will improve from now on.

I am 63 and have been on HRT for a year. I am glad that it has helped with hot flushes and difficulty staying asleep at night but I requested treatment for a very dry mouth. I found that I couldn’t avoid biting my lower lip when chewing no matter how, urchin water I drank. That has resolved completely with HRT. I do have a really dry scalp which is not dandruff. I have tried every shampoo and treatment oil I can find but nothing much helps. Glad to hear if a one has found a solution to this.
I do feel a lot less patient with loved ones.

Menopause is exactly like puberty, there are differences. But you are going out instead of coming in!!

Pre-menopause at 38, full menopause at 47. I'm now 53 and know it sounds crazy, but I've had or have 74 of these symptoms! For me, the worst is the bloating, panic attacks, fear of driving (which was so bad, I sold my car 3 years ago!) and now the high blood pressure! My blood pressure had been under control since 2006. Now, as of 5/19/24, it's pre-stroke level for no apparent reason! My doctors are testing for everything, trying to figure out what's going on!😢
