It’s a family tradition to make sausage rolls at Christmas. Pretty much the same way as you do. I get ‘old English’ sausages from my local butcher... really nicely seasoned. I mix the meat with finely chopped chorizo, salt, pepper and a large dollop of ketchup. They never last long. Great video, I’m definitely going to try sage and mustard next time. It sounds delicious.
