Im not vegan, but working on changing my diet (no not losing weight ) to vegetarian. Im really happy to see more meatless recpies.
Im also tired of seeing the hate in comments. .why not just respect what others decide to eat, its their body not yours.

I love the fact that foodtube is offering vegan and vegetarian recipes now. What's annoying is non vegans and vegetarians feeling they have to make unnecessary comments on basically every video.

I made them today and they tasted so good, especially with tomato sauce! I only found portobello mushrooms but they still work great 😀

I made these for Christmas except I used these sachets that asda sell 'Lincolnshire style sausage mix' in a dark green packet and you just add water (I add herbs etc too) they also sell falafel & burger ones for under £2!

Hi Kerryann... i tried it twice and everyone loves and says it is deliscious. And today i prepared again the filling for the third times, though i used normal button musroom!!!!
Thanks for this so easy recipe... yes to gain time i used ready puff pastry!!!

I would replace half the mushrooms with some cooked green lentils and a big handful of crushed walnuts. Lentils, nuts and mushrooms all make excellent meat alternatives, beans as well. I make veggie meatballs and burgers all the time using them and its always delicious :)

Mmmmm, they look lovely, defo trying these, one way to use up all my mushrooms, ....oh & we're not veggies, we just like to have at least two meals a week with out meat, so I will probably turn these into pasties ....thanks Kerryann, xx

These are beyond delicious :) I halved the recipe, made bitesize rolls and used black sesame seeds - they looked as good as they tasted. My partner loves ordinary sausage rolls, but was also hugely impressed with them 😘
