Kudos for using prepared lentils. I am annoyed when people maximize only one dimension of cooking and forget about the money, time, effort dimensions. I would rather get an idea that is not too time consuming so that I can do it, rather than some everything-from-scratch type of cooking that only people with no job and no young kids can do.
