"A Turmper judge", i.e., a wholly biased "judge" willing to bend the law in ways best befitting himself and those to whom he is beholden. Such judges having shown such unique and unqualified bias should be disbarred and removed from the bench.

As a North Carolinian, thank you for covering this. The thing that makes me so angry is that NC has eight military bases, more than any other state. As of December ‘22, we had 94, 000 active duty military members, 43, 000 National Guard & reserve members, and almost 40, 000 military spouses. I could not find the number of NC military currently serving overseas, but the entire US has approximately 160, 000 outside the US (not including spouses). Being that NC has the largest military footprint, it seems likely that we have a lot of NC’ers and spouses serving overseas and therefore voting by mail. And is seems that if 60, 000 votes are thrown out, that will include a lot of military members. So much for supporting the troops. Again, thank you (and Mark Elias) for shedding light on this horrendous situation.
