Great post mate, do u have a heated birdroom? You mentioned the cold snap holding the birds back, just wondering if a heated birdroom would help bring them into condition quicker 🤷‍♂️ I don’t have birds these days but as u can imagine the desire is always there 😉

Great video as always, mine really doesnt have a clue 2nd lot of eggs sat on them for a day then ripped the nest apart lost 2 eggs still have 2 but shes not bothered at all, not seen any matings but have seen him feeding her so don't think we will be successful this year but we will have to just wait and see what happens xx

I have a pair of Common Canaries, the hen laid 4 eggs then on day 5 abandoned the nest. I removed the eggs after another 48 hours "she totally refused to even approach the nest" after removing her eggs she went back in the nest, and the past day the male is trying to rebuild the nest. I'm totally confused as what's happening. he's also become aggressive with the hen during the morning.
