I've been buying the larger size when I had a 12lb and 20lb dogs, then split the application between them. But this year nothing worked. I gave them Capstar and was combing them several x a day. I used essential oil spray, diotonaceous dirt, flea shampoo every 2 or 3 days and nothing worked. I even had the yard sprayed. Theyre house dogs but they enjoy being outdoors when I garden. During that time my old girl passed away so I was left with the 20lb'er who I gave Nexguard. That only worked for 2 weeks but I dont want to keep giving him toxic shyt so next week he'll get another dose. I'm still finding fleas on him but they're just hanging out, not biting. No more dogs for me. It used to be affordable but these days its very expensive and very painful when they leave. And I'm getting too old.

If you read the directions according to Frontline Plus you're supposed to spread the hair between the shoulder blades and squeeze the liquid in one spot onto the skin. I've been doing it this way for 10 years and never had any fleas in my house or on my dog.

Excellent savy advice dude 😊. I also have something to share. This time last year my dog was critically I’ll from a tick bite. We almost lost him. $7800 au later, He recovered. Because of his age he was starting to get sore in his joints. The vet wanted Moss to have pain injections and tablets etc. we tried the tablets first and they were effective. After paying $200au every time we needed the pain meds, it became impossible for us to keep up the treatment due to cost. I poured my heart out to my vet and said what’s another cheaper alternative to pain meds? She took me aside and told me to go to the chemist and buy children’s Panadol 6-12 years old. I cried and hugged her and thanked her. Later that day she texted me the correct dosage for my dog.
It works well and my dog is pain free. He’s 13 now, lost his hearing and is going blind but he’s still our cute puppy living a happy life 🐶 😊
