I saw a study were they did chest exercises with different people and everyone muscle activation was different some people had better activation in other exercises. That’s why you need to try to find the exercise you feel the most

Great explanation and tutorial Lex! However, if your doing any incline pressing movement correctly your going to target the entire chest regardless. It only bias the upper shelf to a higher degree.

Bottom line, you have to just learn to love hitting your weaker body parts in order to improve them.
If you follow these steps, you will effectively bring up your lagging body part:
1. drop the weight and fix your form first so that you're truly engaging the muscle properly and slowing build back up in weight

2. Increase how often you hit that body part; if you train it once a week, drop the volume you do per workout a little so you can recover properly and hit it twice a week.
3. Take away some focus from other body parts. You can't significantly grow a single muscle group if you're trying hit and grow 2-3 different muscle groups in the same workout, simply reduce the volume slightly from the other muscle groups in that workout and focus more on the muscle group you are trying to bring up.
4. If you're going to have a cheat meal, have it on the day you are training your lagging muscle group so that the calories can go towards your workout and recovery
5. Stay consistent with your diet and make sure you are recovering properly between workouts.

I started lifting over 2 years ago, just when everyone was telling me to only do incline, i only did flat bench to get to 225 in like 6 months and i stoped doing flat presses, so now I have underdeveloped loweer chest. Now with your advice i hope this will build my chest so it looks better
