Can you make a videos about how to lose fat without counting cals, like tips and tricks. Such as eating protein first and more water consumtion etc.

I never do cheat days anymore. I only do cheat meals. They key on how to recover from cheal meals is to get right back on track. I worked out pre thanksgiving meal and the morning after. Woke up starving had preworkout and killed my workout then did my normal 40 min cardio. My weight went up and i look leaner in the mirror. I give thanks to my thanksgiving gainzzz.

Every time I have a cheat day or days I bust my ass in the gym the next day.
A remorse is quite a strong stimulant :)
