It is harmful to use earbuds. It basically pushes the wax and high probability to damage your ear drums.
Wash your ear with any body soap and just use a thin cloth or a tissue. Do not stub it in. The cloth or tissue soaks the dirt and does the job. This was recommended to me by ENT.

Use little hot water drop one two drop in ear, leave for 5 minutes.
Now turn your head to let water come out.
Use syringe without needle and fill it with hot water.
Make you head tilt one side in which you want to clean.
Now push that syringe with force and the wax will come out without harming your canal

Nahi bhai we can't put in the ear bud and keep on scrolling it inside becoz tympanic membrane is as thin as a cellophin paper it can get torn with one scratch also so Do Not put in anything inside ur ear. Its advisable to get cleaned ur ear wax to the ENT specialist only.
