Create a Waffle Chart

A waffle chart can be thought of as a 10x10 square matrix pie chart. It's more a dashboard or data visualization type of chart that people seems to like. It's better to pair the chart with a text image that indicates the number that the sum of the square total up to. It's created be using the conditional formatting feature in Excel. There are two ways I show to give it the final 10x10 box shape (1) with changing the column widths and (2) by creating a picture link.
