Even before I started playing the game, it was impossible to not hear about Acheron. A character so OP that she could solo the entire game all by herself (that's what the reputation was at least)

In addition, Acheron's initial banner is a complete team. She's with Pela and Gallagher which is perfect synergy with her. For a new player that is such a deal. Just use Fire MC taunt with Trend of Universal Market (if you pull it early) and you have a good Acheron team. Or just wait for a few weeks to get a better Preservation unit with Aventurine. The LC banner as well, GNSW is a good alternative.

Funny story, I first started Star Rail around a week before Acheron came out and I was just taking my sweet time to progress and learn the game. Then my friends kept talking about Acheron and I didn't even know about her or look at her kit at that time. All I was doing was calling her "Aggron" because it was funny to me.

Then when her banner came out I was like "okay let me to 1 10 pull because why not ig" and I got her. I didn't even have high pity in the banner to begin with I checked and saw that I got her at like 25ish pity.

All my friends were talking about how lucky I was then they told ke about her light cone. I was like "okay I'll try" and then the next day after randomly doing another 10 pull I got her light cone at around 20 pity lmao.

Then that whole week my friends were complaining about my luck. What a way to start the game.

Acheron is a destruction in nihility clothing who released with perfect relics for her playstyle and several strong teammates already available. It is crazy to think just how good she is and how well her release went—rivaled only by Firefly

GOD LIKE in AoE and Blast while also amazingly strong in ST, Ignores elements and shreds res, high ult uptime while also having still two more slot for way better supports, works and is top option in all scenarios and endgames modes. What are her drawbacks? That's the cool part, she has none

I couldn't even be disappointed if acheron was just mid because i pull for characters i like (raiden mei x kiana in hsr is closer) so imagine my surprise when she's busted, and for any f2p metamancers stressing out about what to pull just remember honkai star rail is a game so try to have fun if you can
