Man did not just put spaghetti with tomato sauce on a cheese wheel, THE CHEESE IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE SAUCE.

As an Italian, I never understood why they do this. Just cut a slice and scratch it on the pasta! There is no point to ruin a whole cheese, the pasta and risk a food poisoning just for the show (and also for the costumers must be expensive... A tomato pasta like that is 5€ in Italy).
It should be the delicious taste of the pasta itself the whole show.

I actually went to this restaurant and I got terrible food poisoning after eating the pasta. The cheese wheel is not refrigerated and is used over and over again getting hot and cold then hot then cold etc…. Great way to get sick
