Hey Nick I know you probably won’t see this but I just wanted to let you know that the first ever video I watched of yours was the strawberry tanghulu video and I went and tried it and loved it, so then I kept cooking more and more because your videos inspired me to go and try and cook new things. And now I actually just started posting videos of my own. So I just wanted to say thank you for getting me into cooking!

Nick my son Parker commented a thank you for inspiring him to cook and make videos. I wanted to echo that thank you as a proud father. One, he is quite good so we as a family have benefited by getting to eat delicious food! And two his mother and I often film, his sister edits the videos and Parker cooks. If you're going to put pasta in 80 pounds of cheese, then you would at least just utilize the cheese and pasta Starch to make the sauce, not make a completely separate sauce and then just waste the rest of the cheese

Hey nick I just wanted to thank you for making these videos they really helped me out when I’m older I want to own my own restaurant and these really help me with recipes and just the whole experience if I do get my own restaurant some day I would just like to thank you (it would be a long time sense I’m still just a kid but I have always liked cooking)
