Same here! I weigh myself most mornings. I find that weighing myself without clothing is more accurate. Great video, Fam!

150 lbs down here and i agree with everything you said. If i didn't know what my fluctuations were on a daily basis, sometimes I'm like 4-6 lbs heavier from water weight. That would cause a huge decrease in motivation for most people
