Dexa scans arent accurate either. Using a skinfold technique I am about 10% BF. Using Dexa I am about 17% BF. Visually I am lean and muscular with visible abs. Trying to achieve the dexa numbers closer to 10% were all put impossible and basically had to starve myself while feeling horrible. I lost a significant muscle mass during this time and it took seeing photos of physique to realize how wrong the dexa was.
