Increasing the sprinting sens actually helps them the rest is muscle memory

it's better to Scope & Shoot rather than slide if u have aim, that's much faster than doing movement before shooting

Personally, i won't recommend that, coz you're just building a bad habit by always looking at your buttons, what i recommend is practice and master your movements, understand and memorize slide fatigue.
