Melee fortification actually stacks armor, it's not just +210 armor, it's +210 for EVERY melee kill

This system seems really good with the Duvuri weapons. As they have unique heavy attacks, the lot of them and they're easy enough to get.
The double hit yellow crit arcane seems really good on Voruna specifically with how Shroud of Dynar works. Combined with her affinity with condition overload.
It seems good on paper, but I reckon a DE has some funky way that makes it not work the way I'm thinking.

Influence seems kind of nice for xoris, which already has forced electricity proc with huge blast radius. Pretty much big stun bomb.

The corrosive one is good for profit taker since it’ll take an extra elemental slot. This allows you to cover almost every single element without needing the rng of the elite crew members

Magnetic status needs one of 3 things to make it useful
1. The vortex like you said
2. Disabling enemy abilities so it has a similar effect as it does on warframes
3. Removing overguard

As it stands it's by far the weakest elemental status and I'm surprised with all the updates to status effects it's remained unchanged for so long

Im sad that Garuda's claws don't have an arcane slot. Possibly because of the wierd way they exist as a wierd normal weapon/exalted weapon hybrid mechanically.

Im curious on your thoughts about Melee crescendo? I was thinking it could likely make the Ceramic dagger an even better stat stick since if you use its 2 iC passives, corrupt charge, & covert lethality you would be at a permanent 12x combo at only 9 finisher kills

The Electric arcane, the way I see it, works best on weapons that already have innate Electricity and high status, such as the Prisma Ohma, Prova Vandal, Rumblejack, Secura Lecta, and Lich/Sister Weapons, and might work well with abilities that provide elemental buffs like Nourish. The Rumblejack seems especially interesting, in that it make me wonder if the damage from status proc'd from the arcane counts for Amalgam Argonak armor stripping. Some testing seems to be required now.

Some real testing is required but if Influence works they way I think it does (reflecting every proc you make during the 3s on every ennemis) then it could be better than Exodia Force on your Kullervo infinite damage setup, mainly because you'll actually reach Quartic scaling with this step up, where the other one only reached cubic scaling (though the Exdia Force did have a VERY high number before the (ennemis number)^3 so it could still be better in practice)

Whether it's the effect of the procs that are copied or if it's the procs themselves will change whether most of the damages are electric or gas, as gas procs can't go above 10 per enemies and the would create much more than 10 procs

The corrosive one can actually be better than duplicate one in some circumstances. Such as melee that easily meet and exceed 200% crit chance as the source of extra damage is just gravy and duplicate literally wouldn't procc. that said it's a genuinely good balancing act now. Do you reasonably get enough crit chance to want the corrosive damage arcane that is easy to procc with a good duration, or do you want to lower your crit overhead to be closer to 100%, build more raw damage and slot duplicate. For Riven enjoyers I could see both duplicate and corrosive getting a lot of mileage. Rivens boosting crit chance favoring the corrosive and rivens with lots of damage perks favoring duplicate
