This joint-friendly 20 minute pyramid style leg workout with weights will challenge your entire lower body. Each circuit has two compound exercises in which one exercise increases in duration and the other exercise decreases in duration.

45 sec: Double Side Lunge with Pulse
15 sec: Goblet Side Step
30 sec: Double Side Lunge with Pulse
