When I open YouTube, these meditations are always populated. They are always what I need based on what’s going on in my life and an answer to prayer really. This one I scrolled past be aire something in me was apprehensive about it, yet my spirit pushed me back to it and I’m grateful for herding that nudge. Dealing with a difficult últ situation at work where I am being tried and bullied. Good takes me back to my daily affirmations and what I’d just prayed about before meditating. I pray you know the impact you’re having on the collective. Great Meditations found me at a dark place 2 yrs ago and each meditation is exactly what’s needed when confronted w/life challenges. This is my second day of Chakra meditation. During both root and sacral, I actually felt the energy inside my body. It brought tears to my eyes and a big smile at the same time. I was divinely guided to this meditation today. This is the second day in a row that I’ve meditated and felt an intense heat in my body. One source said it is my body releasing tension. I do feel like I had some blockages and now I hope they are released. Thank you so much for this meditation. ❤❤❤
