The tendency to please everyone around is so deep rooted in us women, Gunjan! that honestly its very very hard to grow outside it, no matter how much therapy you take! I am a single working professional and yet I think all the time to not unplease my parents my family, and I still dont know why is the feeling/ self acclaimed responsibility even there at the first place!!
Loosing weight is important for myself, but I am forced to do it so that my parents are ultimately proud of me and relatives have their mouths shut regarding my personal health! And this sadly, is actually the condition of many women in the country! 😢

So amazing content 👏👏 appreciate each and every fact brought here with so much of clarity and proper research 🙏🏻 really this needs to reach very high masses and I hope lots of such videos will be a very good message and an eye opener to this hypocrite and double standard society, people and family members... I am also going through all of this and I am feeling so exhausted and done with all this... Individual & Growth becomes slow due to all this...
