lol, I seriously think that people do not give enough importance to the opening intro, because if they did that they would clearly see that in episode 10 Helaena's bloodline joins Aegon's for the blodlines of their 3 children just as Rhaenyra's bloodline joins Harwin's for the blodlines of Jace, Luke, and Joffrey

I love the casting they made in HOTD. The actors who portrayed Alicent's children looks similar or somehow resembled with Olivia Cooke

It was not stated in the history but we all know now that the Westerosi history has been altered by the Maesters several times especially the Grandmaester in this era was a loyalist of the Green faction.

Nah. I just think the green siblings are close with each other. Aemond cares for Helaena because he knows being married to Aegon probably isn’t fun, and he cares for her in a normal sibling way. I think it’s just normal sibling love in a world of incestuous Targaryen marriages. The bloodline in the intro connects Aegon and Helaena through their children also.

Yeah, there's just no evidence for the theory. All the 'evidence' people cite is extremely circumstantial at best. Yeah, they stand next to each other, they're siblings and 2 of only 5 members of the royal family present at the time, the chances they end up being next to each other are exceptionally high. Additionally, Aemond is only 13 when Aegon and Helaena's twins are born and 12 when they were conceived, so really only Maelor seems even possible to be Aemond's.

It makes sense without this theory.

So many people don't seem to remember that Helaena and Aemond were 14 and 12 canonically when Jaehaerys and Jaehaera were born, which I personally find a disgusting pairing to think about.

At least if Maelor was the son of Aemond and Helaena, they'd have been around 15 and 17, which I still find disgusting but at least a bit more palatable.

It’s pretty funny that people are even coming up with theories for this series. 80% of the story we know, everything else will be new additions and twist. Aemond being the father to the children would do ZERO to the story. It would be a waste of time imo, because at the end of the day you already know what happens and their bloodline ends. Would it be interesting… maybe but I just don’t see the need for Aemond to even be the father. It literally takes away from other awesome things to flesh that out
