You missed when Otto left helaena's room, alicent called him uttering the word "Father", then the twins suddenly muttered something that sound like Aemond, which is then followed by Aemond entering the room; and knowing Helaena is a dragon dreamer, her children might be one as well and saw the coming of Aemond or they gave hints by mentioning aemond when the they heard the word Father.

When Jace asked Hel to dance, Aemond looks so triggered that Aegon looked to him, as if anticipating a reaction from HIM! Which is odd because Aegon is the husband.

In the books, they died the same day. Aemond died and she jumped to her death by sunset.

And in the book, the Black's kill Haelena's son in exchange for Luke's death. And quoted "a son for a son". Wouldn't it be fitting that it was actually Aemond's son, since Aemond committed the crime?

I would like the show to make the change and that Aemond be the father of Helaena's children, he deserves to be an ancestor of the Targaryens much more than Aegon

Nah, even in the Opening Credit Scene, its clear that the kids are Aegon's and Helaena's. For one, it doesn't fit Aemond's character within context of his family to do this. With Alys Rivers, sure, but Helaena? His married sister?

The Opening Scene also shows how Rhaenyra's and Harwin's bloodlines cross, not Laenor's, so its clear we would've seen bastardy in evidence there... and we don't for Aemond and Helaena.

I wonder if in the books, Maelor is Aegon’s son and the twins are Aemond’s. Blood and cheese asked Heleana which son she wanted to lose, and hesitantly she chose Maelor. Maybe she picked Maelor because Jaehaerys was next in line to the throne, or maybe because he wasn’t Aemond’s son.

He seemed bothered when Jace invited Healena to dance, more so then Agon...but that would make Healena less noble and a traitor, I don't think it is the case

Aemond is actually 16 and he is younger than Helaena. It wouldn't mzke sense for him to be the father of the children. Helaena's actress herself said this ship never was in the script.

I feel like that would be cool but their family is so concerned with being “legitimate” and they care a lot about specific children being bastards, so it would be a little out of character for them
