Loved the 'balance while throwing a ball' exercise, good fun. Looking forward to your balance video. Didn't do the forward bounds as I'm not sure about the impact but did step ups instead. Thank you

I was able to complete this exercise, although I am yet to try the previous weeks. For the balance exercise while tossing the little ball, I did it with a kickstand in the back and over time, I got better at catching the ball without it dropping on the floor.  
I really like this circuit (jumping over a poodle in the park, balance exercise while tossing a ball made me feel as if I was 8 or 10 years old kid again ☺).
Besides hip mobility, do you also need strength in the quad muscles to help you get off the floor?
