The floaters are lousy !!! The electrical cord always gets burnt ?? Would be nice if the thing had a level weight even to keep it in the water I have tried a rock to hold it down, Tried to attach the cord along the side of the tank .... so a lousy product for my tank !!!

I have the large sinking de-icer and last winter it worked fine....why this year does it keep on tripping the circuit breaker? I'm using it the same way. How do I contact the manufacturer?
