If we set headers to match field names, B1 to E1 respectively:
Population, Currency code, Unemployment rate, Total tax rate
and last country is in let's say A50, single cell formula in B2:
=FIELDVALUE(A2:A50, B1:E1)

Great feature. It sucks that's it only available on Excel 365 and not in any local versions of Excel. Can't get Excel 365 as the Solver and Analysis tool pack add-ins are missing... very frustrating 😖
