As a judo practitioner, this is actually way harder than these people made it seem. Even an untrained person will instinctively try to lift their leg over yours and step back to keep from falling, so to make it work you must sweep the foot at the same moment you shove them, plus it must be when the majority of their weight is on that foot, and you must also pull that side of their body towards the ground to make it impossible for them to recover. You can get away sometimes with not doing it perfectly and still being successful, but this is what it looks like when someone just totally nails it and their opponent can't do anything about it.

I don't know if someone else already said it, but the technique is ko uchi gari (minor inner reap).
