Thank you for posting. I'm encouraged because I don't like almond flour for baking.

Made these today, out of a white sugar so I used brown sugar (keto of course). They were great, can’t stop eating them! Thanks so much for sharing.

Jan 2 2025 I made these today but I just added finely chopped pecans and it was the best cookie without flour, almond flour and coconut flour I have came across. I will be putting this wonderful cookie in my rotation. Thank you so much.

These look yummy! Yesterday I made the dough for your snickerdoodles & refrigerated it bc I got tired. Will roll & bake them this afternoon, then make these too. I like to freeze desserts so I have something to pull out that’s keto when I’m needing a treat. Thanks!

Got these mixed up & sitting in the fridge until tomorrow. Baked the snickerdoodles today—yum! I ate a couple & set aside a few more then froze the rest for those times when I just need a treat.

How about a Ginger cookie recipe, please?

At least your kitchen will smell amazing! I did the same thing and spilled an entire Sam's club bottle of vanilla on the floor and my kitchen smelled like vanilla for weeks! LOL

I wonder if you could do your other cookies with this recipe and substituting butter instead of peanut butter.... Hmmm. I like that these have no almond flour.

Making this right now. Used cashew butter. Had to wait to make it so I could get baking soda...too funny.
