Shit storm. You absolutely had it right and I hate that there's so many people and doctors that still disregard it as anything important or impactful!

My memory was fantastic and i could multitask like crazy. Now i can't even concentrate on one thing and i forget everything. Then theres the flashes but my mood has been super emotional and my worse part is i cannot take HRT so im having to just get on with it lol. Glad its mentioned. Oh and then theres the whole intimacy issues and dryness problem's and weight gain and the list goes on.😢

Like I really appreciate this cause my dr told me because I only have a period every few months that I am in perimenopause but nothing else so it feels like your going crazy I do have friends the same age and I told them we need to start a support group just so you don't feel so alone going thru all this

I went through alot of the normal menopause symptoms but I really found myself I found out I'm very artistic...I'm happier than I have been in a Long time.

Can you share more about the "freedom and artistic opening up"? Not to avoid the negative aspects of menopause but to hear more hope. 😊

ON THE OTHER HAND, many women sail through peri-m and menopause. I had some flashes, but I also exercised, did yoga and breathing techniques, which helped tremendously!

This makes me feel slightly normal. I’ve not taken drugs or supplements, just gone through it raw, and raising toddler twins during peri menopause and loosing my sister to cancer during menopause - I don’t even know who I am anymore or how to feel happy. This video makes me feel at least like it’s not just me.

And imagine all of this happening to someone who is only 20. I was diagnosed with premature menopause when I was 20, I'm now almost 30. So many things went through my head, fortunately I had a good support system that was my parents.
