I have been using mine for over two years and am satisfied with the quality and versatility.

I’ve owned one for 6 years and it’s been extremely reliable.

Recommended one to a friend based on this. Stopped working properly after 3 month. Grinds are not useable, horribly inconsistent, vertical float in the burrs, and requires over 1 minute to grind 10grams of coffee. A video, description of problem and several emails, Bodum claims there is nothing they can do and isn’t a faulty product. Customer service is the slowest out there, guess if they stall long enough the warranty will be up. Shame that I can’t recommend their products any more.

I just received by Bodum Burr Grinder. I assembled it according to instructions, ground my first bean batch on medium grind, and the coffee came out super fine. I have had two identical burr grinders over the past several years so I have experience with this model and how to adjust for my preference. Could I be overlooking something that causes the grinder to grind too fine?
