Overcoming Menopause-Induced Anxiety: My Battle for Self-Confidence! #shorts

Показать описание
In this episode we meet Mhairi. Her menopausal transition story started early, in her 30s, when she noticed tingling and vibration feelings on the front and top of her hips. Gradually, more strange experiences happened.
It was all manageable until her massive and flooding periods started. She would be bleeding for all but 3 days of each month and got little help or support from her doctor. The bleeding was so severe that it was impacting all facets of her life. After multiple doctors visits, she was fitted with an IUD and the bleeding has resolved for the most part.
At the same time, she started to lose her self-confidence and started to experience significant anxiety and insomnia. Mhairi searched for information to educate herself and ended up trying naturopathic remedies, including black cohosh and soy milk.
Mhairi’s symptoms have resolved except for occasional bouts of insomnia. She is still disturbed by the lack of support from the medical system but has moved into an appreciation for this stage of life where she is feeling comfortable and happy in her skin.
Experiencing menopause symptoms can make you feel caught off guard, out of control, confused and alone.
If you're experiencing perimenopause symptoms like menstrual flooding, anxiety and insomnia, you're not alone. In this video, we'll discuss the secrets to tackling perimenopause symptoms and helping to restore balance in your life.
This is a critical time in your life and it's important to get the help you need to thrive!
