I liked the helpful hints to remember each movement! It helped me understand how these joints work synergistically together.

i really liked how you said if im holding a bowl of soup, its supination. I always mix them up, thanks!

I always appreciate the visuals when it comes to the movements, it makes memorizing things a lot easier!

I did not think about how much stabilization has to occur proximally during a motion that is distal. Dr. Goodin does a good job of explaining this relationship with practical examples.

Loved the the door knob/screw analogy, it's a really good visual practice for me! I remember hearing the soup analogy for supination in anatomy and it has stuck with me since.

Your examples of screwing/unscrewing a nail and opening/closing a door were super helpful in my understanding of how important elbow joint movements are in our everyday lives. I did the motion as you were explaining it and it really helped me understand the synergy between all of the joints in the arm.

i agree the jazz music hits different at 10pm

the example of tightening a screw with a screwdriver really helped me visualize all of the joint movements happening at each anatomical structure!

I really like how there are both diagrams and motions so that people can learn whatever way works best for them.

Basic demonstration clips really do help me understand specific movements versus just seeing images. It's also nice to get a refresher on these basic movements, so they're not forgotten in the future!

The example of tightening the screw truly highlighted for me the intricate coordination of various muscles and joints needed to carry out seemingly simple tasks.

I tend to forget that all the joints and muscles tend to move together and help each other because we normally look at pieces of the body one by one. This video was a good reminder of how they work together, especially the screwdriver examples!

The analogy of tightening a screw with a screwdriver provided a clear visualization of the joint movements taking place in each anatomical structure. I also liked the little clips of pronation and supination.

Never realized how much the elbow actually works! It's so complex yet so simple. The examples really helped me understand the exact movements.

I never would've guessed that we use so many movements to simply tighten a screw. Also I dig the jazz music lately

The opening the door explanation was a great way for me to think about all the synergistic movements.

The tightening/loosening of the screw demonstration really made it easier to distinguish pronation and supination, as well as what the elbow and shoulder are doing

I really appreciated the moving pictures added to the slides. The door knob/screw analogy was really helpful.

The example you used of unscrewing a tight screw really helped me understand pronation and supination!

I guess I never thought about the fact that the glenohumeral, elbow, and radioulnar joint muscles all moved together like that! The example of tightening a screw was very helpful in visualizing all of that.
