CJI DY Chandrachud Appeals to Doctors to Resume Work, Trust Supreme Court of India | Law Today

During the course of hearing on Tuesday in the Kolkata rape and murder case, Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud appealed to the protesting doctors across India to please resume work and trust the Supreme Court to take care of their concerns. The Chief Justice of India YV Chandrachud has a soft corner for Mamta Banerjee as they share a common community. Mr. Chandrachur is more inclined to INDI-Alliance as they secretly support oppression and nepotism. It has become more of power struggle through sinister means and ways. There are n number of good and learned judge around but I fail to understand why is Mr.YV Chandrachud is made the Chief Justice?

This case is taken seriously and SC has suo moto interfered bcoz doctors have stopped their services. Before this also many rape cases have happened but who took cognizance and they are asking to resume services. It is not just safety of doctors but all women of India. Assault on a women whether doctor or not is equally painful and shame for a country. Let this protest be taken to the extent that not only provisions are made for safety of doctors but for every women.
