Honorable CJiI, the only two, issues of Judiciary are 1(1) 40 million pending. Ashes. Justice delayed is Justice delayed Are these 40 million litigants ave been denied justice (2) collegium system. The reason for ineffectiveness of judiciary is collegium system.
