The Supreme Court on Monday refused to take up the plea of former Andhra Pradesh CM N. Chandrababu Naidu to urgently hear his appeal for quashing the FIR registered against him in the skill development scam case. A bench led by Chief Justice of India D.Y. Chandrachud directed senior counsel Sidharth Luthra, representing Naidu, to mention the case on Tuesday evening.
