I'm soaked after 4 rounds with 35lb bell and they didnt break a sweat! Just finished week 7 of my KB adventure. Averaging 4 workouts per week, dropped from 183 to 173 and feeling so strong. Thanks to Gregory and Angie along with a few others I am confident with what I'm doing. ❤💪

This was an awesome workout! I really enjoyed it along with the music. The last round I upped the weights to 16g (H2H Deadlift), kept the assisted press to 8 Kg. and lunged with 12 Kg. Feels so good~ Thank you!!!

Been doing this for 4 weeks already. 1 session for the first two weeks then 2 sessions after it. Great workout

OMG those power cleans (not sure if that's the technical term) on the lunges pretty sneaky but in a very good way!

I have slight forward head posture (or nerd neck). Is it OK to do the 'assisted press' if I can't quite lock out at the top fully, without leaning back slightly?
I don't experience any pain, I'm just wondering if it'll improve my posture or cause problems down the line.

Gregory, ... little favor, ... can you make a vid about all, or most of the, them selfs "so called kettlebell instructors" who are showing of with a 24/28/32 kg of equipement vid for beginners, b.t.w., i have 12's iron cast and do some exercises with my 20kg ... but, please give your opinion about those instructors.? Killer music, awesome for old rockers like me. Although i could not keep up cause of the illness after math but i starting again though. And one other thing, ... how can i get a 16kg LS kettlebell? 64 live in UK usually just walk 10 thousand steps a day daughter bought me a 4 and 6 just did 4 rounds I'm shattered😂😂😂

Hello Gregory, do you have some experience with crackling shoulders? My left shoulder make some noises when I press, especially when Im dropping kb down. Im not sure if I should do some break with kettlebells and focus to rehab it. What woudl you say?
