Channels like this are the reason that the food network has been reduced to weird challenges and dessert baking shows. I’ll take Shereen’s content over anything on TV any day. There’s so much good cooking content on YouTube it’s crazy.

Traditional cheesesteak has provolone. It was invented by an Italian American who used that cheese, not cheese whiz.
