I trained for months for a half marathon and ran a half marathon in Disneyland in 2012, yet I never got that “runner’s high”, but I do love when I get that feeling of endorphins releasing after a good workout. Good job getting your run in today! I’m so proud of you!!

It's so true! Get the blood going and you just FEEL better! I was in such a long term rut of not moving enough, and just sitting on my butt editing videos in all of my free time, but I am moving more and I am in such a better place, mentally and all other ways. It's really cool to hear how you are feeling stronger- you go girl!

I’ve missed the last few but getting caught up! Glad the experiment seems to have worked! Time for round 2! My wife and I are starting running in the mornings tomorrow!

Yeah mrs!! I run a mile a day :) it really does help :) I did it for 30 days last November and pretty much I’ve been doing it ever since :) but it’s more like 5 days out of 7 for me :) keep up the good work :)

Bug catchers anything like night hawks? (Mute and Subtitles while in airport). Love those things but my dog hates them
