Thank you! I've been wondering what this part looked like. Because the "Settings" section in Windows 10 felt more like a skin with limited options to tweak. Is this still different from control panel? I'm wondering what those legacy "Control Panel" settings look like. Because they did not change at all with Windows 10, which made it feel disjoined and like Windows 10 was just a skin over the older operating system.
