Translucent Tool bar is an extension for windows which turns your tool bar to either translucent, transparent, opaque etc.
It's not really necessary but it sure does make your desktop more look ascetically pleasing and a transparent tool bar is cool 😎

Well for the fjrst one in samsung you can do it with developer options in the phone (no need of any application on any device)

The process is quite complicated but it works like magic

For 1st one, after connecting with secondary monitor then press window+p then chose extend screen and now you can play games on first screen and on second you can see YouTube tutorials
