The "fallen" in the title sounds like the officer died.. maybe "collapsed" would be a better word..

Well excellent!! They earned it!! It’s so damned good to see. Department reward inmates for doing a good job! It’s how it should be through out the country!!! Maybe the rest of the country will learn from this county!! It’s way over due!!!

I've been watching these videos most of the day and have cried and gotten a lump in my throat. But now I'm just thinking isn't it a damn shame when we reward people for doing the right thing? I'm not talking about the inmates I'm talking about just out in the world.
